    上海寶華國際招標有（yǒu）限公司(以下稱招標機構)受寶鋼股份冷軋廠(以下稱買方)委托，就其101#和104#大工（gōng）作輥磨（mó）床成套設備項目所需（xū）的下列貨物進行國際公開招標，邀請合格投標人進行（háng）網上電子投標。

1.
招標貨物名稱、數量、技（jì）術規格和資金來源：

1)貨物名稱：全自動工作輥磨床成套設備;

2)數量（liàng）：2套;

3)主要技術參數（shù）：招標範（fàn）圍為冷軋廠2030單元新磨輥間（jiān）自（zì）動化改造101#和104#大工作輥磨床成套設備。磨床應為全自動磨（mó）床，即磨床應包含自動頭架，自動尾架，自動托（tuō）架以及自動測量（liàng）係統等；磨（mó）床技術（shù）要求：磨削輥子外徑範圍Φ200～Φ750mm，最大磨削輥子長度4880mm，最大軋輥重量（liàng）10000kg；詳見招標文件技術文件部（bù）分。;

4)資金來源：自籌（chóu）資金(現匯（huì）項目);

交貨地點和交貨時間：

1)交貨（huò）地點：CIF上海（hǎi）

2)交（jiāo）貨時間：合同簽訂後12個月FOB

購買招標文件時間：

招標文件售價：招（zhāo）標文件英文版及中文版一（yī）套（tào）（電子版），若中文和英文版有衝突以中文版為（wéi）準。

售價為人民幣1500元或200美元整。

招標文件均按包進行計價出售，投標人成功購標後（hòu），自行下載招標文件和（hé）投標文件模板。招（zhāo）標文件一經售出不得退還。

    上海寶華國際招標有限公司（Hereinafter referred to as Tendering Agency）is commissioned by Baosteel Co.,Ltd Cold Rolling Plant（Hereinafter referred to as tenderer）on international open bidding for the following goods required in Whole set of 101# and 104# work roll grinder and invites eligible bidders to online e-bidding。

1.
The name, quantity, technical specifications and fund sources of goods for tendering：

1)The name：Automatic work roll grinder;

2)Quantity：2 sets;

3)Technical specifications：The tendering scope is whole set of 101# and 104# work roll grinder of Automation Revamping Project for Cold Rolling Plant 2030 Unit Roll Shop. Grinder shall be fully-automatic grinder, that is, grinder shall include automatic headstock, automatic tailstock, automatic steady rest and automatic measuring system etc.; Technical requirements of grinder: The diameter range of the grinding roll: Φ200～Φ750mm; Maximum length of the grinding rolls: 4880mm; Maximum weight of the roll: 10000kg. Detail refer to the technical document part of the tendering document.;

4)Fund sources of goods：Self-raised funds(Cash items);

2)Delivery time：FOB within 12 months after contract signed

Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：

Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.

Sales price is CNY 1500 or USD 200。

All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.

1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1)The bidder shall have the performance on successful supply of similar device in recent 5 years under similar working conditions, and shall provide corresponding certificates. (2)The bidder must complete technical exchange with the tenderer and sign technical annex 5 working days before bid opening, and shall regard technical annex signed by both parties as technical part of the bidding document.
