無錫市寶宏機械廠專業（yè）生產自動磷化（huà）生產線 自動磷化、電鍍生產線廣泛應用於機械製造、汽 全車零部件、橡膠油（yóu）封骨（gǔ）架。在塗裝前對金屬結構件進行（háng）除油、除鏽（xiù）、清洗、磷化、電鍍處理。 我廠設計的磷化自動生（shēng）產線專門結合德國Henkel、日本Parkerzing、武漢材料保護研究所等中外（wài）磷化液生產單位的工藝（yì）特點采用（yòng）全新的設計理念，外型精致、美觀大方。整（zhěng）機（jī）采用PLC控製，人機（jī）界（jiè）麵的觸（chù）摸屏，即時顯示設（shè）備運行參數，動態顯示控製並可根據需求隨時變換和設定多（duō）種參數,，自動化程度高等特點。 本設備具有完備的自診（zhěn）斷係統能將錯誤信息顯示（shì）在屏幕上，方便（biàn）排查、糾錯及維護。 Full automatic phosphating and plating lines are widely used for machine manufacturing, automotive components and rubber oil-seal skeleton. Meanwhile, the parameters can be altered and set up any time as required. Furthermore, this equipment boasts a well-developed self diagnosis system, through which the information of any fault is shown on the screen, thus facilitating detection, correction and maintenance.
